Contact form
Go to AirMedCare Network's Support page. Choose Other or I have a new membership question. Put the full name and street address on the mailer and ask to stop postal marketing and membership offers.
-
PaperKarma app
Photograph the AirMedCare Network offer. PaperKarma files the opt-out for you.
Once you opt out of this sender, you can opt out of 100,000+ other mailers in the same app.
-
Phone
Call AirMedCare Network at +1-855-408-3787. Ask them to stop postal marketing and membership offers for the name and address on the mailer.
A phone request can take 5 to 10 minutes or longer, depending on the phone tree, hold time, and whether they offer a callback.
What to Expect After Opting Out
- Allow 8 to 12 weeks. Print runs are scheduled in advance. An offer already labeled can still arrive.
- Membership mail is separate. Stopping promotional offers does not stop a renewal notice, card, or other account mail on a membership you still pay for.
- Prescreened offers are a different list. Firm offers of credit or insurance also run through OptOutPrescreen.
Why Do You Receive AirMedCare Network Mail?
AirMedCare Network sells household memberships that cover air-ambulance bills when a network helicopter or plane flies you. A membership is $99 a year for the household, with no insurance approval. Fly-U-Home is a separate $159 add-on for a non-emergency flight back to your home hospital. They report more than 3 million members, 320-plus bases, and service in 38 states. Global Medical Response owns the network. Support sits in West Plains, Missouri. The leftover mail is a membership offer, not a bill on a membership you already pay.
You get that mail if you live in a coverage area, bought a membership, or landed on a list they mail. The leftover packet is often a renewal or pitch after you already joined or said no.
How to Prevent General Junk Mail Proactively
-
DMAchoice
DMAchoice is the Association of National Advertisers' mail preference service. An $8 registration asks about 1,100 participating national companies to suppress your address from prospect promotional mail for 10 years. It does not cover local mailers, charity appeals, companies you already buy from, or occupant / current-resident saturation mail. Allow 90 days or longer.
NOTE: DMAchoice will not stop mail from AirMedCare Network as it is not an active member of the ANA.
-
OptOutPrescreen
OptOutPrescreen is the official Consumer Credit Reporting Industry site. It lets you opt out of firm offers of credit and insurance for 5 years or permanently.
-
PaperKarma
For local and regional mailers, coupon packs, charity donation requests, and the large share of junk mail that DMAchoice does not cover, the PaperKarma app has the largest U.S. registry, with over 100,000 mailers on file.
Your Data Privacy Rights (CCPA & Beyond)
A promotional opt-out stops AirMedCare Network marketing mail. It does not always stop the underlying address from being shared. If you live in a state with an active consumer privacy law (California’s CCPA and several others), you can request access to or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of sale, share, or targeted advertising.
Go to AirMedCare Network’s Privacy Policy page, or call +1-855-408-3787, and ask for a deletion or do-not-share request, and to opt out of postal marketing.
Frequently asked questions
How long until AirMedCare Network mail stops?
Allow 8 to 12 weeks. Print runs are scheduled in advance. If an offer arrives during that window, it was likely already printed and labeled before your request was processed. Membership account mail can still arrive. Prescreened credit and insurance offers also run through OptOutPrescreen.
How do I stop AirMedCare Network mail for a previous resident?
Call AirMedCare Network at +1-855-408-3787 and include that person’s name and this address, or use the PaperKarma app to scan the mailer, mark the recipient as a previous resident, and submit the opt-out. Do not mark the person as deceased unless they are deceased.
Will AirMedCare Network mail stop if I move?
Not automatically. Marketing lists are tied to a specific name and address. A USPS forward can send a few more packets to the new address. Call again for the new address, or use the PaperKarma app there.
Stop junk mail from AirMedCare Network and everyone else.
