Current opt-out methods for Caviar mail

   Email request

   Use the Email option on this page and ask Caviar to stop promotional postal mail. Include the full name and mailing address you want removed. Copy the template below, fill the bracketed fields, and attach a photo of the mailer if you have one.

   If sending your opt-out request by email, use this helpful template for Caviar:

   Hello,
   
   I'm writing to request that Caviar permanently remove my address from all direct mail lists, including your internal house list and any rented or third-party lists used to source your mailings.
   
   The name and address to remove as they appear on a recently delivered unwanted mailer:

   A few notes for your direct mail team:
   
   • I have never subscribed to marketing communications from Caviar.
   • Since I haven't opted in with you directly, the source is most likely a rented or co-op list. Please also flag this address with your list partners so it's suppressed at the source.
   
   Please confirm in writing once the suppression is complete. I've attached an image of the mailer for reference.

   Call Caviar at +1-855-431-0459. Ask them to stop promotional mail for the name and address on the mailer.A phone request can take 5 to 10 minutes or longer, depending on the phone tree, hold time, and whether they offer a callback.

How to Prevent General Junk Mail Proactively

   DMAchoice

   DMAchoice is the Association of National Advertisers' mail preference service. An $8 registration asks about 1,100 participating national companies to suppress your address from prospect promotional mail for 10 years. It does not cover local mailers, charity appeals, companies you already buy from, or occupant / current-resident saturation mail. Allow 90 days or longer.

   NOTE: DMAchoice will not stop mail from Caviar as it is not an active member of the ANA.

   OptOutPrescreen

   OptOutPrescreen is the official Consumer Credit Reporting Industry site. It lets you opt out of firm offers of credit and insurance for 5 years or permanently.

   NOTE: OptOutPrescreen will not opt you out of Caviar mail. It only covers prescreened credit card and insurance offers.
