The name and address to remove as they appear on a recently delivered unwanted mailer: [NAME] [ADDRESS] [CITY ST ZIP] A few notes for your direct mail team: • I have never subscribed to marketing communications from Chaco. • This address is registered with the National Do Not Mail list (DMAchoice), so standard list hygiene should already be suppressing it. • Since I haven't opted in with you directly, the source is most likely a rented or co-op list.
