   Use the Email option on this page. Ask SimplySoles to remove your name and mailing address from catalog and promotional mail. Include the address exactly as it appears on the mailer.

   If sending your opt-out request by email, use this helpful template for SimplySoles:

   Hello,
   
   I'm writing to request that SimplySoles permanently remove my address from all direct mail lists, including your internal house list and any rented or third-party lists used to source your mailings.
   
   The name and address to remove as they appear on a recently delivered unwanted mailer:
   
   [NAME]
   [ADDRESS]
   [CITY ST ZIP]
   
   A few notes for your direct mail team:
   
   • I have never subscribed to marketing communications from SimplySoles.
   • Since I haven't opted in with you directly, the source is most likely a rented or co-op list. Please also flag this address with your list partners so it's suppressed at the source.
   
   Please confirm in writing once the suppression is complete. I've attached an image of the mailer for reference.

   Copy email template

   Replace the bracketed fields ([NAME], [ADDRESS], [CITY ST ZIP]) before sending. Attach a photo of the mailer if you have one, and keep the reply for your records.

   Call +1-800-909-3679 and ask to leave SimplySoles marketing mail lists. Have your mailing address ready. A phone request can take 5 to 10 minutes or longer, depending on hold time and whether they offer a callback.
