   — Go to Title Nine’s Catalog Preferences page on titlenine.com. Submit your name and mailing address, choose the address type that matches how you receive mail (Residence, Business, or PO Box), and complete the form to opt out of catalogs. Their privacy notice directs catalog opt-out through this form rather than a generic contact page.

   Email request

   — Use the Email option on this page if you also want a written request on file. Include your full name and mailing address. The form above is the path their privacy notice names for catalog removal.

   If sending your opt-out request by email, use this helpful template for Title Nine:

   Hello,
   
   I'm writing to request that Title Nine permanently remove my address from all direct mail lists, including your internal house list and any rented or third-party lists used to source your mailings.
   
   The name and address to remove as they appear on a recently delivered unwanted mailer:

   A few notes for your direct mail team:
   
   • I have never subscribed to marketing communications from Title Nine.
